The Inner Power Doula Manifesto

I believe burnout isn’t a personal failure. It’s a byproduct of living in a system that asks too much and offers too little.

I believe women don’t need to be fixed.

We need to be witnessed, respected, and held as we reclaim what’s already ours.

I believe rest is resistance.

That softness is not weakness, but strength in its truest form.

That taking care of your nervous system is a radical act.

I believe the body keeps wisdom.

That your energy is sacred, and how you spend it matters.

That knowing yourself, through astrology, the Enneagram, and divine self-exploration, isn’t self-indulgent. It’s self-liberation.

I believe in magic that coexists with science.

In spellwork and somatics.

In lunar rhythms and nervous system regulation.

In altar and advocacy.

I believe healing is political.

That breaking up with burnout is an act of protest.

That reclaiming your spark is part of dismantling every system that told you to stay small, quiet, and obedient.

I don’t want you to “bounce back.”

I want you to break free.

To rest. To rage. To remember who you are.

And to rise, not in service to capitalism or perfection, but in service to your soul.

I am not just a coach. And I am not a guru. I am not here to fix you.

I am your Inner Power Doula.

I walk with you through the messy, sacred middle. I hold your hand as you work your magic and reconnect with the real, wild, incredible YOU.

This is the place where burnout ends and you begin again.

You are not too much.

You are not too tired.

You are not broken.

You are becoming.
