What is Reiki healing and how can it help with burnout?

Reiki healing is a gentle, energy-based practice that promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. It’s especially helpful for women experiencing burnout symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, and overwhelm. Reiki works by channeling universal life force energy to clear energetic blockages, restore your vitality, and support your nervous system in calming down. Many of my clients find Reiki to be a powerful complement to mindset work and coaching.

What do Reiki symbols mean?

Reiki symbols are sacred tools used by Reiki practitioners to focus energy, activate healing, and deepen the practice. Each Reiki symbol has its own meaning—for example, Cho Ku Rei is often used for physical healing and protection, while Sei He Ki supports emotional release. In sessions with me, I may use these symbols intuitively to support your unique healing needs.

What are the 5 main types in Human Design?

There are five Human Design types: Manifestor, Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector, and Reflector. Each has a unique energy blueprint, strategy, and decision-making process. Understanding your Human Design blueprint can help you work with your natural strengths, avoid burnout, and live with greater alignment. I incorporate Human Design insights into coaching sessions for a truly personalized approach.

How do I know if I’m burned out?

Burnout symptoms vary but can include constant exhaustion, emotional numbness, brain fog, reduced performance, irritability, sleep problems, and a sense of disconnection from your work or relationships. If you're constantly pushing yourself and still feel like it’s never enough, it may be time to address burnout at the root—emotionally, energetically, and systemically. My approach helps you reconnect to your inner spark and rewrite the internal stories that keep you stuck.

What’s the meaning of Reiki in simple terms?

The meaning of Reiki comes from two Japanese words: Rei (universal) and Ki (life energy). Together, Reiki means "universal life energy." It’s a holistic healing practice that supports your body’s natural ability to heal by restoring energetic balance. Whether you're dealing with chronic stress, anxiety, or spiritual disconnection, Reiki can gently bring you back into alignment.

How does coaching with you work?

Coaching with me blends neuroscience, energetics, Human Design, and intuition. I help you identify your unique burnout patterns, rewrite limiting beliefs, and build a life that actually supports your energy. We might use tools like Reiki, breathwork, journaling, Human Design insights, and personalized rest strategies to help you recover and reset. Do I need to understand Reiki or Human Design before working with you?

Not at all. You don’t need to know anything about Reiki symbols, Reiki healing, or Human Design types before we begin. I’ll walk you through everything in a grounded and approachable way. If you’re curious, I’ll explain the concepts; if you’re not, we’ll focus on the practical tools that support your healing and growth.

What’s the difference between traditional coaching and your burnout recovery approach?

Traditional coaching often focuses solely on mindset or goals. My burnout coaching is trauma-informed and energy-aware. I work at the intersection of science and soul, helping you regulate your nervous system, understand your energy patterns, and rebuild your life with intention. This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about coming home to yourself.

Can Reiki and coaching help with ADHD or neurodivergence?

Yes. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD, and find that my intuitive, flexible coaching style works well for their needs. (I’m neurodivergent too!) Reiki can help calm overstimulated nervous systems, and Human Design can offer insight into how your brain works best. Together, we create practices that support your energy, focus, and joy.
