2. Monthly Energy Clearing + Distance Reiki (45–60 minutes) - Every 4th Tuesday of the Month @ 11 a.m. Central
Because strategy doesn’t stick when your nervous system is overloaded.
Each month includes a group energy clearing focused on:
Releasing pressure, fear, and old patterns
Clearing blocks around visibility, money, leadership, or rest
Re-anchoring you into calm, confident CEO energy
This is where things soften and shift. This session is NOT recorded for participants’ privacy.

3. Drop-In Coworking Sessions (60 minutes) - Every 1st and 3rd Monday of the Month @ 11 a.m. Central
Bring something to work on together for this session. We’ll use the first 5 minutes to check-in and share what we’re working on. Then, we’ll work independently for 45-50 minutes and then check-in at the end to see how we did!
Coworking is a powerful body-doubling tool for folks with ADHD, neurodivergence, or who just want to connect with others on their solopreneur journey. These sessions are not recorded.

Every strategy session is recorded and posted within 24 hours. You can also submit questions ahead of time for hot seat coaching even if you can't attend live.
Please note: the Energy Clearing sessions are not recorded so that we can create a safe space for the people on the call.
Coworking sessions are not recorded as there is no new content shared there.
